In keeping with Apple’s release cycle, macOS 10.13 High Sierra will no longer be receiving security updates as of November 2020. As a result, we are phasing out DRC INSIGHT support for all computers running macOS 10.13 High Sierra and will end support in January 2021.
To avoid test interruption, anyone using macOS 10.13 should update their operating system at their earliest convenience. Starting in January 2021, customers continuing to use these systems will receive an alert stating their operating system is not compatible for testing.
